Intentional Design House is a boutique design practice based in Laguna Niguel, CA serving residential, commercial, and hospitality clients who believe the spaces around them should be as considered as the lives lived inside them.

IDH approaches every project through the lens of healthy building. This means curating materials that are low in VOCs, free of harmful off-gassing, and sourced with an awareness of their impact, on the people living inside the space and on the environment beyond it. The construction industry is one of the largest contributors to global waste and carbon emissions, and IDH is committed to being part of a better way forward. Where possible, IDH prioritizes sourcing locally or regionally, reducing the environmental footprint of every project from the ground up.
Clients who work with IDH are educated throughout the process on material performance, sustainability certifications, and the difference between what is trending and what will truly stand the test of time.
